Payment Options

Working on a fee for service basis, Marian accepts direct payment for service from individuals or through direct billing to providers.  Marian is on the roster for most Employee Assistance Providers and can direct bill on the client's behalf.  

Marian is a recognized provider of services for the BC Crime Victims Assistance Program and for BC First Nations Health Authority and Metis Nation BC.  Please contact Marian directly to discuss options for coverage.

Mental Health support is recognized by most extended health plans.  Reimbursement for all or a portion of payment for sessions is likely possible.  The CRA recognizes the services provide by Registered Social Workers as a medical expense.  Any out of pocket expenses paid for counselling with Marian can be claimed as a medical expense with your annual tax filing.
